Middle Caicos, formerly known as Grand Caicos, is Turks and Caicos largest island boasting some of the most majestic and grand scenery the islands have to offer. With 56 square miles, you’ll find a diverse landscape with rugged bluffs, secret beaches, shallow waters, impressive caves and more.

With a population of less than 200 permanent residents, you will find yourself with endless miles of beaches, hiking and more sometimes all to yourself. Getting to Middle Caicos from North Caicos is an easy and beautiful drive thanks to a causeway that connects the twin islands.

Middle Caicos is home to one of the most breathtaking views of all Turks and Caicos at Mudjin Harbor. There are a couple of restaurants and quite a few options for places to stay for those that enjoy exploring a beautiful and remote island with all the conveniences of North Caicos just a scenic drive away.

If you’ve read up on North Caicos, you’ll have guessed that the “won’t finds” of Middle Caicos are much the same. You won’t find congested traffic, crime, over development, or wild night life. Intrigued? We thought so.
